5. You ARE free to do a hue shift on the background images,
   
6. Font and Logos, please do not remove the logos or my watermark
   
7. Kindly take your time when filling out : ) this form will be used for prompts and events! 
   

Values to fill in on the Sheet:

• Name: Eoses can have up to 3 names depending on the life it lived, whatever it answers too will be acceptable!
  
• - City Name – If it takes on a Civil name (1st name)
• - Pet name – if caught and poached: ( poor thing (middle)
• - Wild Name – if from a Tribe (Last)
• Age: please review Blood for proper age
  
• Gender: Male/Female/ Intersex
• Species: Pygmy-X, Mammal, Avian, Reptile, Insect, Aquatic
• Colours: Fill in the bar
• Personality: Positive/Negative traits
• Likes:
• Dislikes:
• 2 accessories, you may add more if you like
